Lisa R. Savage, LCSW
Founder, and CEO
Lisa is a mental health visionary. She has founded two other mental health practices located in Delaware. Her child and adolescent practice is one of the largest Black-owned practices in the country. She is an advocate for the underserved and engages in advocacy for health access equity. In addition to her clinical work, Lisa is a co-founder of Clinicians of Color, an online platform seeking to educate, advocate and elevate BIPOC mental health professionals.

Shea Marriott, LMSW
Graduated from Widener University with a
Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work.
She received her Bachelor's in Psychology from
Wilmington University. Ms. Marriott is a therapist
who works with adults, children, and families by
providing evidence-based treatment in several
modalities, including Functional Family Therapy,
EMDR, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to
name a few. She also specializes in women's
issues that include but are not limited to toxic
relationships, imposter syndrome, self-esteem,
divorce, anxiety, depression, and grief.
Ms. Marriott also has an excellent track record
in working with men and depression. Ms. Marriott
is the Executive Director of Amani Healing Therapy Center and Marketing and Business Relations Director at The Center for Child Development and Delaware Center for Counseling and Wellness.
Her eclectic style empowers women and men to make meaningful changes by setting achievable goals while maintaining good emotional and mental health. She has years of experience working with trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, body image, and rebuilding self. Shea is the founder and CEO of Rebirth, "starting over after a life crisis," a self-published author of "My Rebirth Self-Healing Journal," and she is also the host of the "Rebirth" Podcast. She is committed to helping others begin the process of healing and rebuilding. She is committed to Psychoeducation, empowerment, and community outreach by offering her services for individual, family, parenting groups, teen groups, retreats for women, and mentoring. When she is not working, you can find her spending quality time with her family or at the gym, where she goes to destress.
